Fairytale Proposal
The day couldn't of been more perfect for Oganes to execute the most perfect wedding proposal for Lucy.
Working with the amazing The Yes Girls, Oganes planned a romantic surprise wedding proposal at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach's botanical garden. To dress it up even more, Crystal from Studio C Florals in Newport Beach created perfectly romantic white floral arrangements and candle hurricanes surrounding a rose petal scatter inside the gazebo. Acrylic risers gave it a modern touch without getting in the way of the location's beauty. The Yes Girls had everything dialed in for Oganes and after all of the planning, all he had to do was keep it a surprise and show up.
As you can imagine, I was thrilled to be a part of the team. Oganes and Lucy shared he told her they were going to an event that she needed to dress up for. After bringing her down a little bit early, they walked around a bit and checked out Monarch's gorgeous golf course to ocean views from the garden. When they finally came around, she was surprised to see the gorgeous arrangement as Oganes took a knee and presented her with a stunning engagement ring. She said, "YES!"
One of my favorite moments of this session were the minutes they spent FaceTiming their families about the good news. Tears of joy fell from them both as their families cheered in excitement.
